Garlic roasted broccoli with lemon

Roasting broccoli will give it some extra pizzazz that is perfect for a simple weeknight meal.
- 4 large broccoli crowns sliced into large florets
- 5 garlic cloves halved
- 1/4 cup oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lemon halved
Set the oven at 400 degrees. Toss broccoli, garlic, and oil together and season to taste with salt and pepper. Place on a lined baking sheet and roast for 15- 20 minutes, or until broccoli has begun to brown and garlic is toasted.
When cool enough to handle, place roasted broccoli on a plate, drizzle with lemon and adjust seasoning if necessary.4 Bake until batter is golden, about 20 minutes. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
