Healthy Hot Chocolate?

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of boiling water
  • 1 tbsp of raw cacao powder
  • 1-2 tsp of organic cane sugar or stevia for sugar-free
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup full-fat canned coconut milk

Instructions
 

  • Boil water in your kettle or in a pot on the stove.
  • Pour the boiling water into a large cup or mug.
  • Add 1 tbsp of cacao powder and the sugar/stevia into your boiling water.
  • Using a small whisk or fork, stir until the cacao powder and sugar has dissolved.
  • Lastly, add the vanilla extract and 1/3 cup of coconut milk. Continue stirring until the coconut milk has melted and mixed in.
  • Enjoy!
