Moose Meat Quiche

Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound ground moose meat
  • cup of chopped green onions
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup milk
  • A dash of pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • One 9-inch pie crust
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ¼ cup of Swiss cheese chopped

Instructions
 

  • Brown the moose meat, drain and set aside.
  • Blend milk with mayonnaise, cornstarch, and eggs.
  • Spread the cheese, onions, meat and pepper into the pie shell, then pour in the milk mixture.
  • Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. This will serve six hungry people.
