this functional strength class teaches compound multi-joint lifts (including olympic lifting) that improve athleticism, strength, coordination, power and more. This is not a bodybuilding class- while it will improve the way you look, it is designed to improve your functional strength and performance. Coached by NSA co-owner Ben McPherson, BA, CSCS. Ben is currently remotely studying a Masters in Medical Science (Strength & Conditioning specification) from Edith Cowan University in Australia. NSA strength classes are fed with the latest research from the top S&C Master’s program on the planet.
