April 17th, May 15th, June 19th from 11am-3pm a rep from Service Canada will be at the Whitehorse Public Library to help de-mystify the services they provide and help you access them.

From 11-noon, they will be presenting on a specific service.

From 12:15-3pm, one-on-one drop-ins to get help on any of the services they offer.

The Canada Disability Benefit was introduced in June 2025, and many people are still unaware of its existence. It provides modest monthly payments for adults with disabilities, up until the age of 64. The DTC is a tax credit that helps people with disabilities, or their supporting family members, reduce the amount of income tax they may have to pay.
