Christmas Crack

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz unsalted peanuts approx 450 grams
  • 16 oz. salted peanuts approx 450 grams
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips approx 340 grams
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips approx 340 grams
  • 10 oz peanut butter chips approx 560 grams
  • 2 pound white almond bark or vanilla candy coating approx 900 grams

Instructions
 

  • Layer all ingredients in a large crockpot in the order listed (starting with peanuts).
  • Turn the pot on low, cover with lid, and leave sitting for 2 hours.
  • Remove lid and stir to combine.
  • Replace lid and leave sitting for another 30 minutes.
  • Stir again and spoon mixture on to wax paper, non-stick aluminum foil or into small paper cups.
  • Allow to harden for at least 1 hour.
  • Enjoy responsibly!

Notes

Be careful though...Christmas Crack is extremely addictive. It is best served chilled. We eat it right out of the freezer.
