Healthy honey mustard dressing

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 cup rice vinegar

Instructions
 

  • In a food processor or blender, measure and add all four ingredients.
  • Blend for roughly 30 seconds, or until all ingredients are mixed together thoroughly.
  • Pour into a mason jar, or glass container. Cover and store in the fridge.
  • Use it to top your salads, as a dipping sauce for homemade chicken fingers, or whatever else your heart desires!
