This dressing can be used for salads, or as a dipping sauce. It is super easy and quick to make, and can live in the fridge for up to a week. It is also rich in heart-healthy, inflammation-lowering monounsaturated fats.
This recipe makes roughly 12 servings, but you can make more or less depending on how much you need. All you have to remember is to use equal parts of all four ingredients.




Healthy honey mustard dressing
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
Instructions
- In a food processor or blender, measure and add all four ingredients.
- Blend for roughly 30 seconds, or until all ingredients are mixed together thoroughly.
- Pour into a mason jar, or glass container. Cover and store in the fridge.
- Use it to top your salads, as a dipping sauce for homemade chicken fingers, or whatever else your heart desires!
