Tasty Chocolate Snowballs

- 1 egg
- 14 Graham wafers
- 1/4 tsp. flavouring
- 2 tsp. soft butter
- 2 tbls. fruit juice
- 1 cup icing sugar
- ½ can cocoanut
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate or 5 level tsp. cocoa.
Cream butter and sugar, add salt, chocolate (melted) and egg.
Stir in flavouring and crumbs. Shape into 1 inch balls. Dip in fruit juice. Roll in coconut.
Place on tray. Keep refrigerated. Makes 25 balls.
