Northern Bard: Erin Giesbrecht “Frogs can’t fly and neither can I”

Frogs can’t fly and neither can I.

Until Condor winks and inspires me to try,

Nervous and anxious I choose to apply.

To fly high in the sky, like a damselfly.

A check off my bucket list before I die!

I want to laugh and paddle with Dieter,

See the Black Forest, with eyes that are clearer.

Climb the Alps, and breathe a bit sweeter.

Gaze at the castles , top down in a two seater,

Maybe share some Yukon stories in the theatre.

Frogs can’t fly and neither can I,

So Condor please hear my cry!

This froglady really wants to fly!

I’m patiently waiting for your reply.
