Ingredients
  

  • 3 oz dark chocolate
  • 6 oz heavy cream
  • Candy eyeballs optional

Instructions
 

  • Coarsely grate or chop dark chocolate and place in a metal bowl. Place heavy cream in a microwave-safe dish and heat on high for 30-second intervals, until scalded, and then pour over cream. Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir until chocolate and cream are fully combined.
  • Pour ganache onto a lined tray, place in the fridge until hard, then remove from the fridge and roll into whichever “poop” shape you like. Add candy eyeballs if you’d like.
