Better than box, five-ingredient mac and cheese
Superfast, super easy and super delicious, this sauce comes together quicker than you can boil a pot of water for the noodles. Make sure you’ve got everything whisked together before you turn on the heat. Once you’ve tried this a couple of times, start giving new cheese and additions a try. Add garlic and use parmesan instead of cheddar and you’ve got alfredo. Stir in some cooked bacon (or hotdogs, definitely hotdogs), maybe a can of tuna, or some broccoli.
