Make this salad the day before you want to serve it, to let everything mellow and come together. If you’re looking for something more filling, add cooked bacon or sliced ham. Cubed cheese would be good, too, and any sort of diced fresh vegetables you like, as well.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp sliced green olives
  • 4 Tbsp diced pickles
  • 1 rib of celery finely diced
  • 1 tsp yellow mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 Tbsp sugar optional
  • 1 1/2 cups dry macaroni noodles cooked
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs chopped

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, green olives, pickles, celery and mustard. Then season, to taste, with salt and pepper. Add sugar, to taste, if desired, and mix until well combined.
  • 2. Add cooked pasta, then gently add chopped egg and mix until combined. Serve cold.
