Pickled Cherries With Brown Sugar And Chilies
Ingredients
- 10 ounces apple cider vinegar
- 6 Tbsp brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp kosher salt
- Big pinch of red pepper flakes
- 1 quart pitted ripe cherries
Instructions
- 1. Bring vinegar, sugar, salt, and red pepper flakes to a simmer. Stir often until sugar and salt are dissolved. Place pitted cherries into a container and pour vinegar mixture over the cherries. Seal with a lid and place in the fridge at least overnight or up to several weeks.
