A Star Wars inspired beverage. Use any green soda to get a truly “Yoda-looking” soda (after lots of testing we feel like Kool-Aid is the best option). Vodka is optional, but highly suggested, when age appropriate.
Yoda Soda
Ingredients
- 1 pint sweet-cream ice cream by Yukon Ice Cream
- Green soda or juice strawberry-kiwi Kool-Aid, for example
- Blueberries
- Lime cut into wedges
- Vodka optional
Instructions
- Pour green soda three-quarters of the way, to fill the glass. Add one scoop of sweet-cream ice cream.
- Slice two blueberries, halfway through, and place on the edge of the glass. Then add two lime wedges, as ears on either side. (Add vodka if desired.)
